James Pyles, A+, Network+, works as a freelance consultant, technical writer and editor. He has been involved in numerous Ethernet rollout projects, software and hardware installations and upgrades, as well as Windows and UNIX operating system upgrades. He has provided support services for a city government IT department and a wireless network vendor, supported a usability lab for Hewlett-Packard (HP), and served as the technical writer for EmergeCore Networks, Aquent Studios, iAnywhere/Sybase, and as a Developmental Editor for Global Support Content Operations at Hewlett-Packard (HP).
