Involved in many areas of the international oil and gas industry for the past 15 years. Worked overseas for seven years selling custody transfer measurement systems, ship loading / unloading systems, blending systems, and other engineered systems to major oil and gas companies. After completing my M.B.A., worked in a number of positions at ExxonMobil providing business and financial analysis of pipeline, distribution, supply & transportation, and LNG business segments. Initiated and inspired a number of projects which lead to investment of about US$6 M and a reduction of 24 positions to improve the planning and budgeting process in the pipeline and production businesses. · Co-lead for the 2003 business plan and budget that included over 21 sub-plans produced; one for each LBU and major Joint Interest holding, Stewardship area, Consolidated summaries, and a Capital Investment Plan. Improvements to process included standardized format of presentation packages for management reviews, developed intranet website to collect and communicate the company plan process.
· Developed several draft websites to gain organizational and management alignment; obtained approval for delivery of the project into production. Website completed and operational September 2003.
