I've always been involved in helping organizations create public personas and expert leadership. I cut my professional teeth working my way up in public relations agencies, eventually becoming a partner at high tech agency that received an Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company award.

Having read The Cluetrain Manifesto, I became facinated with how Markets are Conversations and Search Engines are Media. So I co-founded Room 214 and we focus on the creation of online marketing strategies, our Search Visibility Systems, to drive high search engine visibility and social media word of mouth campaignsfor B2B and B2C marketing communications initiatives.

In 2007 we launched our own RSS mediacasting platform called Castlock, renamed the service to Post Zinger in 2008, http://www.postzinger.com and now focus not only on search marketing but also provide expert leadership for implementation of RSS Strategies - blogging, podcasting, RSS marketing with our Post Zinger media casting platform.
