James Massender’s Summary

I've been working in new media for 4 years, with an emphasis on strategy, business change and editorial policy. Ten years as a researcher and lecturer allowed me to follow my natural curiosity about how the world has got to where it is--and where it's going; along the way I've developed as a lateral and critical thinker, and I still love wrestling with new problems and subject areas more than almost anything.

James Massender’s Specialties:

Strategic thinking; research; writing; training & faciliatation; pre-design work, including Information Architecture; editorial policy and practice; content management systems
