  Start-Up Chile is a program created by the Chilean Government, executed by Corfo via InnovaChile, that seeks to attract early stage, high-potential entrepreneurs to bootstrap their startups in Chile, using it as a platform to go global. The end goal of the accelerator program is to convert Chile into the definitive innovation and entrepreneurial hub of Latin America; this is a mission shared by the Government of Chile and is a primary focus of the Ministry of Economy.

  The Hispanic/Latino Organization for leadership and Advancement (HOLA) is committed to helping Bank of America attract, engage, develop and retain its Hispanic/Latino associates. HOLA provides a forum through which its members can gain access to mentoring and networking opportunities with senior managers in the bank. Other opportunities include professional development and community services. HOLA promotes inclusion and teamwork, helps associates learn more about the company and engages associates and their families in social activities.

• Bank of America Technology MBA (TechMBA) Leadership Development Program

  The Technology MBA (TechMBA) leadership program spans the Technology organization within Bank of America. This includes: Wealth & Investment Management Technology, Consumer & Small Business Banking Technology, Corporate Staff Technology, Capital Markets & Wholesale Banking Technology, Corporate Information Security/Business Continuity and the Network Computing Group.
  
  The program provides the opportunity for participants to gain foundational knowledge within Bank of America’s Technology organization, allowing MBA’s to influence and drive end-to-end technology and business strategy and develop the skills necessary to move into leadership positions upon completion of the program.
