James Brust’s Summary

My professional experience has moved me through all facets of media convergence, culminating in an education that began in journalism and progressed to an academic analysis of this phenomenon in social context.

With a background in broadcast video production, network administration and interactive design, I have a broad technological skill set and can best put it to use finding solutions to increase communication and community. Bringing together the myriad of technologies available and creating a cohesive entity, both technologically and socially is where I see my role in the new web and media landscape.
