    Responsible, as part of a large team, for ensuring customers have the best cinema experience possible by providing an excellent level of customer service, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness in both the cinema screens and concessions areas.

    I was given the additional role of 'IT Buddy' with the responsibility of managing the support of IT facilities (tills, printers, ATMs, etc) on site, and logging support requests with relevant bodies.

    Also held role as Training Buddy working with a smaller group to ensure exceptionally high standards of training for new staff. Training included all aspects of the job from health and safety through to customer focus.

Worked with Network Manager to dramatically update an ageing infrastructure: increasing reliability, speed and capacity.
