Results-Driven Senior Executive with proven skills in delivering brand new software products from inception to over $1 billion dollars in revenue, turning around troubled software projects and driving game changing innovation with technology. From large companies like IBM and ADP to startups like CollabNet and ResNova, I have delivered 12 new Internet based software and Software as a Service (SAAS) products to the market. These products included an early commercial http Sever (1994), a commercial Website with over 1,000,000 online orders (1996), IBM's first Java Application Server (1998), 2 different 1 million + user business automation Internet products (2002-2003), and two Software as a Service (SAAS) products with over 40,000 companies using them. Besides these products, I have been involved driving corporate business strategy in every company I have been involved with. Assembly and management of large disbursed team with a variety of reporting relationships - direct and indirect to achieve high quality product delivery.
In addition to the management and building of software teams I have been involved as an executive tasked with large strategic sales and partnerships. These have included signing multiple top 10 technical companies to strategic funding rounds as well as signing them as multi million $ customers. In addition I led teams with negotiating partnerships between 2 Global 250 companies that resulted in a 9 figure revenue partnership at stake.
