* SEO consulting/content development. I work with you to determine the keywords and other SEO strategies that will help you meet your business goals, challenges, and target customers' needs. I offer keyword research, link suggestions and strategies, and SEO editing (in which I edit existing content to make it more search-engine friendly). And I write new Web site content to appeal to target readers first, search engines second.

* SEO training. I can help your staff get up to speed on SEO: what it is, why it's important, and how to do it.

* Social media strategies and content. Facebook campaign? Twitter? YouTube channel? None of the above, or all? I can help you figure out a social media strategy, with goals and priorities, that makes sense for your business.

In addition, I have co-authored a book entitled "Getting Organized in the Google Era," to be published in March 2010 by Broadway Books, a Random House imprint.

As a journalist, I've written for national publications including The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, and Travel + Leisure, as well as many newspapers.

For nearly eight years, I wrote the weekly Mobile Computing blog for PC World. During that time, Mobile Computing won national and regional awards and was republished on Washingtonpost.com, MSN.com, About.com, and other sites.
