Serchen Interactive was founded out of a need to integrate multiple business directories focused on the hosting marketplace.
The creation of a network enabled us to greatly improve campaign management and communication across multiple advertising channels.
Our combined network has emerged as the recognized leader in matching buyers and sellers of Hosted Services.
Over a period of 12 years we have developed 10, category leading, web sites in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia, providing buyer information on over 11,000 individual service providers around the globe.
Our continued goal is to develop the worlds largest marketplace for Hosted Services, through a combination of innovative marketing products, and a dedication to the highest standards in data aggregation.

My day to day role at www.serchen.com is in the development of creative advertising solutions that enable our clients to market their services more effectively. I'm always actively researching new methods and metrics for the improvement of our services. This research involves the strategic management of ad campaigns across a multitude of competing platforms. (google, yahoo, miva and msn). I feel its only through rigorous testing of rival advertising products, we can better develop our own client services.

NetPivotal was born out of 7 years of experience in servicing the web hosting industry. My online marketing experience allowed us to position the netpivotal brand into what, at the time, was the fastest growing segment of the web hosting industry.
Often demanding and always challenging, the development of a web hosting business really allowed me to experience the world from an ISPs perspective.
After 4 years, I sold the business to the management team who have gone onto really develop the services into a highly sustainable SME focused business, operating in both the UK and United States.
Overall the experience has enabled me to increase our marketing offerings within my core business (www.serchen.com) to better facilitate our ever expanding technology focused client base

Our division specialised in the development and installation of battlefield communications. As a member of small dedicated bid management team. My personal role was in the formation of complex pricing agreements in the civil and defence markets. Typical project values were in the $50M to $100M range, delivered over a 3-5 year duration.

My final year dissertation was a study in the introduction of Qualitative & Quantitative metrics to measure company performance. Entitled "Measures that Drive Performance" it addressed the issues faced by large organisations when trying to accurately capture performance data.
