Experience is lacking, but it's only gaining with each passing day. After a year of Web Development, I'm experienced with all your staples (HTML, XHMTL, JavaScript, jQuery, Prototype, MooTools, PHP (somewhat), DreamWeaver (Although I prefer Notepad), CSS, SEO, Branding, Web Accessibilities, Web Standards, PhotoShop (somewhat), PhotoShop Elements, and the fine art of Real Estate Web Design.
I've become the master of the AgentAdvantage Control Panel, which truly is no special feat...save for the fact that dealing with it has forced/helped/nudged me to think outside the box. I can do almost anything I want with the AA-CP, whether or not it was built for it and or can "handle it"...I've become quite resourceful, without using hacks.
2008 Goals:
1. Complete Minute Market Immersion for Top-Seller Clients - Finding Their Niche Area/Interest/Etc. - and driving traffic to their site with good old fashioned code, seo and updates.
2. Rewrite and/or Redesign the Homes.Com db under the Google.Apps platform, in python and/or django (aka - learning python and django as well).
3. Conquer handheld.css and print.css like I did screen.css
4. Learn JavaScript: I want to know it as well as I know the English language.
5. Apply JavaScript Knowledge to jQuery
