Fotolink's proprietary Image Matching technology and innovations in Bluetooth and MMS connectivity powers Fotolink's interactivity solutions. This technology gives intelligence to the machine to understand the query of the user sent in the form of picture.

Fotolink raised an angel round of funding and successfully executed a nationwide campaign for PepsiCo.

I was involved with Strategic Planning and Business Development activities for Fotolink. I was responsible for negotiating business partnerships with various Telecom Aggregators in India.

Led the design and development of a distributed broadcast news video indexing system. Various functionalities of the system - intelligent segmentation into scenes and stories, feature extraction and efficient indexing for IR, face video extraction for establishing hyper-links between videos, duplicate detection for advertisement removal, clustering of near-duplicate video clips for tracking stories of same theme across channels and time, innovative web interface enabling quick browsing and content based access to video content.
