Jaime Leick’s Summary

I established Moving Type and became a fulltime freelance writer in early 2006. I work from home, but rarely in pajamas. (That's just not productive.) My previous jobs include stints as a corporate copywriter, a non-profit communications director, and an aspiring career student.

I've written for just about anything--from plastic surgery to plastic lumber. Can't say I have a specialty as of yet. I have a good head for technology and manufacturing and I've done some health care writing, but the outdoors is my true love.
