I primarily represent individuals and small business concerned with issues such as discrimination, wage and hour claims, non-compete agreements, separation agreements, etc. I also represent individuals with personal injury claims.
I have been practicing since 1991. I practiced at a medium size firm in Philadelphia for 5 years, then was a Partner with a prominent Montgomery County firm for 9 years. I started my own firm in January 2006.
I have been very active in the Montgomery County Bar Association. In 2006 and 2007, I served as Chairman of the Association's Labor and Employment Law Committeee. In 2008, I am serving as Chairman of the General Practice Committee.
I am located 10 miles west of Philadelphia. I have handled many state court cases in Philadelphia County, and in its 4 "bedroom" counties, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Bucks. Since I do a lot of employment law, many of my cases are pending in the Federal Court located in Philadelphia.
