Jacob Rosenberg is the Senior Technical Director for AOL’s Product Services Operations organization, which is responsible for operating AOL’s products and services including the AIM, ICQ, Truveo Video Search, XDrive Storage, the AOL.com Portal and other web properties. Previously, he has been served as the Chief Architect of AOL Systems Operations, where his responsibilities included the operational design of products such as AOL.com, Netscape.com, AOL Search, Mapquest, and AOL Video. His primary areas of interest are massively scaled web technology and open Internet services, and the underlying operational infrastructure which enables global application delivery. Before AOL, Jacob worked for start-up companies in the Web and Telecommunications markets. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Columbia University in New York.
