* Designed the online Jobnet system (www.jobnet.co.il). This dual language system allows companies to enter their company information and job positions, by online password access, via the Internet. Users may freely access the database 24 hours a day and use the English or Hebrew interface. Management features include audit trail of the updates, super user/staff updates, online reports and administration functions.
The system was opened to the users on Israel Independence Day - May 1997.
* Wrote the request for quotation and solicited tenders from six software development companies.
* Supervised the development and implementation of the system.
* Promoted and marketed the system to companies and users (including several unique promotion items).
* Marketed and promoted the system at conferences, trade shows and exhibits.
* Promoted the system online with free and paid advertisements.

Part of a three man team that developed and launched one of the first commercial Internet service providers in Israel. Later merged with Netmedia and then was bought by Netvision.

The three flagship products of Kivun were: Hebrew Windows 3.1, Dagesh and Accent Multi-Lingual Word processors.

Managed and coordinated all activities relating to the computer department. Supervised four consultant/programmers, three data entry personnel, one computer operator and two word processors. Acted as liaison/consultant to all school departments, and trained personnel to utilize complete resources of the computer.
Additional Position: System Analyst
Responsible for hardware and software planning. Designed, developed, and implemented (with an outside consulting firm) the entire vocational school database system being marketed under the name EASE (Effective Administrative Systems for Education). This system, written in Basic Plus Two for a PDP 11/44 running under RSTS/E, encompasses all information processing within all departments of the school.
