Jacob recently led a five-developer team at BlueBolt Solutions, managing client projects for new DotNetNuke and ASPDotNetStorefront web sites. This involved directing timelines and project resources to ensure timely completion of client projects, as well as strategic planning of company-wide operations improvements.
Previously a corporate real estate advisor at UGL Equis (http://www.ugl-equis.com), a multidisciplinary corporate real estate services firm that delivers integrated services exclusively to business space users. Jacob worked with Chicago and Fortune 500 businesses to help them align their real estate decisions with their business priorities. During this time, he managed projects to find office spaces for the US Census Bureau's 2010 Census project.
Prior to Equis, Jacob served as a partner relations lead and developer evangelist at Microsoft Corporation. In the partner relations role, Jacob advised valued Microsoft partners with strategies to maximize their new business development and business-to-business growth opportunities. As an evangelist, Jacob built developer community in the Midwest, sharing new technologies and techniques to help developers using the Microsoft toolset.
