Jack Mayeaux is a Professional Home Inspector who helps buyers and sellers
learn about the condition of the home they are buying, or planning to sell.
Prior to establishing his inspection business Jack spent 30 years as a small business
owner.
During that time he was also employed for 7 years as an Instructor at Portland Community
College and accumulated 5 years experience in the construction trades.
Jack offers a wide range of services – from Buyer and Seller Home Inspections, to
new home warranty, home maintenance and neighborhood environmental inspections.
Jack enjoys working with first time buyers and current home owners to help them avoid
unpleasant surprises in their buying or selling experience, or in the maintenance of their
property.
A native of Louisiana Jack has lived in the SW Portland area for the past 33 years. He is
married has 3 grown children and two grandchildren. Jack Is active in his church, and is a
supporter of the Belmont Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and Lead with the Heart.
He is a member of The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and is a licensed
contractor in the State of Oregon.
