Jackie Kellso is a professional development trainer and coach who helps people become highly effective public speakers, presenters, and one-on-one communicators. She applies her twenty-three years of sales/sales management experience for some of the world’s most high-profile media companies (such as The New Yorker, New York Magazine, A&E Network, Viacom and Hearst Magazines) to provide her clients with an arsenal of tools, techniques and and insights that enable them to grow and succeed in the face of ever-increasing responsibilities to the bottom line.
Since 2003, Jackie has been an active and in-demand Dale Carnegie certified trainer. The school’s tremendous reputation is based on the philosophy that good leadership is founded upon the strength of one’s communication and human relations skills. Jackie teaches a wide range of their programs. They are designed to increase self-confidence through the art of improved communication, presentation, stress management, people and leadership skills. Assertiveness, ability to resolve conflict and the cultivation of diplomacy and tact are just some of the professional objectives that are met through these programs.
Jackie first became involved in active training in 1989 when her manager sent her to Dale Carnegie to improve upon her sales and people skills. The impact of the program placed Jackie on her path to helping others, and in 2003, she began the career reinvention process and went through rigorous training to receive her first certification as a freelance trainer for the organization.
In 2005, Jackie left media sales to pursue her own business. Incorporating her coaching and training expertise with Dale Carnegie and her years in business, her mission is to help people make impact when delivering their messages and do so with confidence.
