We provide our clients a full-service experience when buying or selling residential and investments, including luxury homes, multi-units, TIC (Tenancy-In-Common) interests, condos, lofts, and fixer properties/small development. We work with buyers, sellers, and investors/flippers, and welcome referrals from out-of area agents. We employ new technologies and are able to communicate with sellers and conduct transactions from anywhere clients have access to email.
