- Research for new technologies (mainly open source) to use on systems. MVC Frameworks (like symfony, currently main development platform), Ajax (jquery).
- Program manager on systems with PHP and MySQL. Task included:
- Meet with the client to gather requirements
- Develop a schedule, assign tasks to developers
- Design the architecture
- Track progress on systems
- System administrator. Help administer the gentoo linux servers at the company, mainly with the SVN, Apache and MySQL services.

- Develop a protocol analyzer tool to support training of new R&D employees (java + swing).
- Write a new module for a diagramming tool to enable it to export to Microsoft Visio (Perl, VBA, Win32::OLE, flex, bison).
- Creation of automatic documentation tools, transforming Word documentation and specs to XML documents used on many different places (build C header files, protocol analyzer tools). (Perl, XML, DOM, XSLT, Word)
