Mr. Martinez has over 17 years of experience as an executive team member in Fortune 500 technology companies both as a provider and as a CIO. Most recently he was CEO of ACG, Inc., a leading IT services company providing cyber security solutions to; financial services companies, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense. Mr. Martinez has also served on CIO Magazine's CIO Forum, the Forbes Advisory Panel for information technology issues, has been a distinguished guest to the Forbes CEO Forum for four (4) years, and is a national member of the Society of Information Management (SIM), serving on the Enterprise Architecture Working Group.

Mr. Martinez is a recipient of the U.S. Medal of Freedom - endorsed by U.S. Senators Frist, and celebrated by both Senators Dole as one of Texas' 100 distinguished citizens.

During his career at CSC and as Asst or Dir. of IT for AOB for the Atlanta Olympic Games and The U.S. Olympic Festival, his responsibilities have included M&A, outsourcing, technical solution development, procurement and over $500 million in contract negotiations for Fortune 500 companies, in 17 countries.

Martinez holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Science Institute in Newport, Rhode Island, The University of Texas in San Antonio and is a recipient of the Melvin J. Reiger Physics Scholarship, at the University of Texas in Austin.

    The U.S. National Cyber Security Council (NCSC) was established to unite private and government sector executives in a common mission to promote cyber security threat awareness and to provide practical solutions. Through our discovery sessions members take lessons learned and best practices back to their respective organizations in an effort to better secure their enterprises. NCSC has established 52 committees recruiting executive representation from each major industry in the U.S. and executives from their respective governing agencies. This includes representation from Fortune 1000, throughout congress, and the intelligence community.

    Directed a 24 month campaign that resulted in a subcontractor award for ACG with two of the largest Government IDIQs including; DHS EAGLE and DHS SBInet (Strategic Border Initiative) both multi-Billion contracts-Perot Systems and Unisys respectively.

    Led a private sector advisory team on the first draft of the White House National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace.

    Led the team that designed and implemented the network infrastructure to support the broadcasting of the 1996 Olympic Games which supported; 110 countries, and 1,800 users during live televised broadcasts. Mission included; DR & integration of 20+ technology suppliers, integrating with 5 policing and federal agencies on network and information security. Awarded the U.S. Olympic Bronze Medal for effectively leading the IT disaster recovery team that executed the DR plan after the Olympic Park bombing.

    Partnered with the Alamo PC Users Group and Won PC Magazine’s Reach Award for the design and implementation of a state-of-the art WAN.
