  Almost every day I also work in STI's NOCC, standby for maintenance. A lot of BSS problems are sucessfuly cleared by me and my team. I become PIC for STI maintenance which mean I lead my small team to maintain the whole STI's BSS.
  We work to clear alarm, analyze problems, handle trouble ticket made by customer, escalate to HQ if the problem can not be solved by local resources, explain to customer about technical inquiries and perform biweekly meeting with customer to update the BSS network status and to update all trouble / problem ticket handling and troubleshooting.
  
  Big work in maintenance beside closing trouble tickets that I have done are:
  
  - PDSN Software upgrade.
  - PDSN trubleshooting and help Datacomm team toclose ticket.
  - Patching all STI’s BSC that allready commercial, remotely from Jakarta.
  - Upgrade BSC Ungaran for EVDO project.
  - Upgrade Carrier in several STI's BTSes.
  - Rehoming all BTSes from BSC Semarang to BSC Ungaran.
