First thing first. 2009 is going to be one of the most reminiscing years for me. I will be entering into 3rd decade of my journey to planet Earth!!

Well, I'm Irshad. I make a point to live my life happily and enthusiastically, not worrying about what will happen next (Not worrying about what will happen next and Not worrying about the future are complete different situations). We are here for a moment and we would be dead the next. So better be happy and let others be happy. Let the others cherish some good memories about you.

Philosophy apart, I've been working in the Web Applications Development for over 3 years now. At present I'm working as the Innovation Manager at SkoolsOnline Technologies.

SkoolsOnline Technologies is a Web 2.0 software services company provides online branding and web 2.0 applications development services for start-ups and creating solutions for internet education.

Basically, We develop tailor-made web applications viz. portals, e-commerce system, social networking system and also planning to provide SAAS products along with the online branding and social media marketing of these products.

We are based out of New Delhi with other offices at Los Angeles, Maryland and Elk Grove. Our offshore development centre is based in New Delhi. In fact, it is our main production centre and the offices in US are overseeing our Business Development.

A new company, Landshark Inc is on the way to be launched. I will definitely update once it gets up and running.

I'm good as an innovator rather than a developer. I have the insights about what customers want and what could click with them.
More as an entrepreneur, I have made access to the markets and to the employees as well.
One anecdote I remember and would like to share: I used to sell fancy stickers (which children used to stick on their books) while I was in my 4th class :). So there was a business extinct from the beginning and it's more improved now.

My interests..Huh!! OK. Barcamping, brainstorming over my ongoing ventures, performing my CSRs towards my peoples, my society. I like observing life and the peoples around, and Observing myself!! Other interests include watching some light-at-heart movies like Garfield et al. And yes, reading books and putting thoughts into my blog are favorite after-work activities!!
