    The Client Solutions Group (CSG) is made up of 15 associates ranging from Associate I to Supervisor. The mission of CSG is to provide research and account adjustment processing for clients and other divisions in a timely and accurate manner.

    On a daily basis, CSG researches issues related to account processing. The team works closely with all Client Services units to process account adjustments and provide correspondence to employers and participants as needed.

    CSG works diligently to resolve issues within the established turnaround time, always focusing on quality and customer satisfaction. At the end of each quarter, CSG validates participant and employer statements to ensure accurate reporting of all financial activity.

    Through the program, TKE hopes to gain more alumni advisors for our chapters, as well as resources to support the alumni developmental and educational programming efforts of the Fraternity. The Life Loyal program aims to set the expectation that support of the Fraternity is a lifetime commitment, which should provide better services to our chapters, strengthen the ties of brotherhood and make TKE a better fraternity.

    The program stresses the notion that one truly dedicates themselves as a "Life Loyal Teke" when they make the transition to an alumnus member, and that continued support of the Fraternity is a lifelong obligation.

    One of 8 students from Notre Dame who studied abroad at Univeristy College, Dublin in Dublin, Ireland during the spring semester. While there, I was housed in the graduate student housing, and interacted with students from many countries.

    Unlike some study abroad programs, I was able to interact with the Irish students. I was in classes with Irish students rather than with the members of Notre Dame who were part of the study abroad program at UCD.
