Iosè Magno is the founder of Blucape. He planned all the Blucape product conceptual and basic technological constructions from the settlement of the product vision to the technological and functional cores.

Iosè graduated with full marks in management engineering at the University of the Studies in Calabria (UNICAL)
He devoted his last university-year to plan an innovative mathematic model for the scheduling system of the quay cranes (QCs) in Gioia Tauro port. It is one of the main European ports of maritime traffic together with the one in Rotterdam.

His working plan was published in the official magazine of Calabria Region n. 187-September 2002.
