I am an ICF ACC- assessor. A current project involves supporting coaches to pass ICF and/or Coach U certification on their first try. I work with brand new coaches who are just getting into the field as well as "old school" coaches who remember Thomas Leonard and took their training before the core competencies were included in the curriculum.

Services for coaches include one-to-one mentor coaching, an ongoing Core Competency Mentoring Group (for certification or CCEU's) and a Client Success Group I also host the Group Coaching SIG (a special interest group open to the public) The SIG meets by teleconference on the 1st Thursday of every month at 3pm eastern.
