James Andrews’s Summary
Jim has held senior management positions in small and large manufacturing organizations. Jim has also provided management consulting services across the country and abroad with projects including organization restructuring and development, facility relocation, and implementing business systems and controls. Jim's most satisfying achievement in the business and corporate arena has been the development of successful organizations by combining the traditional business controls with an environment designed to empower individuals. Jim has seen over and over again what people can do when they are allowed to believe in themselves and are given the tools they need.
Jim has also had a long time interest in meditation practices and other subjects related to internal and spiritual development. It is his firm belief that each of us is ultimately in charge of our own experience and has the innate ability to create what we desire. Clarity of vision, creating supporting structures, and removing our limiting beliefs about ourselves are the keys to our success. This unique balance of experience in the business arena combined with his experience in the internal and spiritual aspects of the individual makes Jim highly qualified as a coach for the "whole person".
Gaining the most satisfaction from watching people succeed as they grow Jim obtained his professional coach training at International Coach Academy. With a BS in Finance Jim has a deep appreciation for effective structures and can speak the language of business at any level as well as the language of the person. Located on the west coast of Florida Jim currently manages the business operations for a private investor and enjoys coaching clients from around the world on a variety of topics and issues small and large.
