August 2007 — Present (2 years 4 months)
As Lead Interface Designer, I'm responsible for defining the art direction for the user interface and in-game presentation for XBox 360 and Playstation 3 games. I establish visual targets during early concept and discovery phases while working closely with game designers and producers to establish game-play features. I then lead a team of artists and engineers to implement UI solutions that achieve usability and game-play objectives. Additionally, I collaborate with art and brand directors to ensure the game's UI supports both franchise and corporate brand initiatives.
