After working in Digital for 4 years at both South African Airways and then Southern Sun hotels I saw the opportunity to move from Corporate to sit on the other side and actually support Companies in building successful strategies online.

My Partner and I started longtail in March last year and have not looked back.
Our Team now sits at 12 people and they are a group of dedicated specialists.

Our focus in on formulating digital strategies with actual implementation too.
We offer SEM, PPC, Design and development in-house.
Another area is Media for which we do the strategy, planning and buying.
The biggest trend online with the onset of social media is Reputation Management and we have developed a proprietary tool, saidWot, which provides for monitoring and analysis of what is being said and how this sentiment is viewed in relation to a score overtime, we then provide solutions based on these results
