1984 - 1998: Building Solid Foundations:
15 years in international, luxury hotel industry to build and develop the foundations for business development and project management services.Professional experiences during this phase cover hotel development, hotel pre-opening, hotel opening, management and operations in luxurious properties of Aman Resorts, the Mandarin Oriental Group and Fairmont Hotels in Europe, USA and Asia. Professional experiences include further the development, planning and execution of national and international Marketing, PR and Sales projects and off- and online campaigns; also in collaboration with internationally renowned hotel associations e.g. The Leading Hotels of the World, Relais & Chateaux, Selektion Deutscher Luxus Hotels.

1999 - present: Organic Growth:
Establishment of iFSM International Business Development & Project Management in January 1999, followed by years of planning and execution of international on- and offline business development projects, start-up projects, expansion projects, reorganization projects as Independent Consultant for a selection of portfolio clients; including corporations (e.g. Sony, Sony Ericsson), SME's, Non-Profit Organizations.
