A member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) since 1998, served on the State Board of Trustees and local Chapters' Boards, and the Annual Conference 2009 Chair. Ina has spoken to business and social organization monthly meetings and annual conferences on utilizing software applications, technology plans, and starting a business. She has taught QuickBooks and Microsoft applications for the Dept. of Labor Self-Entrepreneurial Assistance (SEA) Program, Community Colleges of Morris, Sussex and Warren. She was the Chairman of the NJ-SBDC Regional Advisory Board (Skylands SBDC) from 2001 to 2005.
