Created a foundation for growth which included a formalized Software Development Life Cycle Process as well as application release environments which ensured successful and timely software deployments. This in conjunction with creating a formalized Quality Assurance group guaranteed first rate system deployments. Put in place a governance infrastructure which allowed business units to guide IT initiatives. This infrastructure helped to justify IT Spend and made certain that technology initiatives were aligned with business strategy.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mohamed founded Second Millennium Consulting, a Chicago-based Internet consulting firm. As Director of Operations, Mr. Mohamed successfully built the firm into a multi-million dollar consultancy, which was subsequently acquired by a publicly traded telecommunications firm.

Mr. Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
