Based on my past interdisciplinary experiences on science, technologies and society, I am now coordinating web 2.0 and international collaboration projects in Taiwan E-Learning & Digital Archives Program (TELDAP) and doing my personal independent research.
I am interested in distributed knowledge management, the development of social software, and the research issue of the communication evolution among large scale dataset, i.e. national academic databases for example.

The main project manager and coordinator for integrating divisions and institutions of National Digital Archives Program, Taiwan. It's a National Science Council program among 9 national science and technology programs including nanotechnology and genome program, for example.
