Andrew Long’s Summary
My vision, and the vision of my company, is a world in which everyone loves their work.
Through the work of Critical Pathfinders Adventure Training Inc. and its subsidiaries, Scavenger Hunt Anywhere and Pathfinders Publishing, I seek to bring enlightenment to the corporate world.
Profit is the inherent motivator of a corporation, however I believe that the Enlightened Corporation is one that has a conscience and values its positive contribution to the lives of all stakeholders, including shareholders, clients, employees, the communities in which it operates and the world.
Critical Pathfinders has been in business since 2000 and since then we have worked with hundreds of well-known corporations and tens of thousands of participants all over North America. Regardless of the type of team building program we provide, our goal is always the same: to have some positive impact on the lives of the participants and the people they subsequently come into contact with.
I am also a co-owner of Pathfinders Publishing which seeks to bring enlightened concepts to the world through the publication of books and multi-media programs by authors who seek to create a better world and strive for a better "us".
In past careers I have been a Financial Advisor with Midland Walwyn and Merrill Lynch Canada and a Marketing Specialist with Canadian Pacific Railway, both in Vancouver.
