I am not interested in the propaganda of self-expression, the production of answers or the pornography of consumption. I am interested in honest questions about who we are and why we’re here. I want authentic experiences that explore those questions. I need to see what happens when bodies collide and ideas break.
Questions? Answers? I don’t need answers. I don’t give a damn about answers. Answers are for scientists. Answers are boring. Questions. I’ve got questions and I’ve got ideas and I want to talk about them. I want to create things that carry us into those conversations, because I need those little moments of empathy to survive. They fuel me. They remind me that I’m not alone in this world. It’s those little connections with people that give me hope. That’s why I’m an artist.
