I'm a media switchboard operator. I specialize in listening carefully to the needs of individuals and businesses and then connecting them with media that carries their message in an authentic voice. I am fascinated by social media ecology and how it changes the way we build relationships. You can find my words on several blogs, ranging from Web copy to very personal essays. I manage and participate in several social communities, as well as develop online media content of all sorts. I have a special fondness for widgets, RSS feed data, and of course Portland, Oregon.
