    These systems included the Money Recovery System, used to recoup funds from other insurance carriers where BCNEPA is not the primary insurance provider;

    The Interactive Voice Response System, which allows BCNEPA members to check on benefits and other coverage via a voice activated computer system;

    The Blue Cross Inter-Plan Teleprocessing Service (ITS) System, the primary communication link between BCNEPA and other Blue Cross/Blue Shield Plans; plus various other systems.

    Responsible to annually review developer’s performance. Ensured goals and objectives of BCNEPA IT were met as they related to ITS Support.
