Over the last 22 years, he held professional, management and executive positions in marketing, sales, channels, operations and online management at IBM Australia (1986-2006) and Telstra.
In April 2009, he published his first book, CONNECTION GENERATION, a fascinating and remarkable study of how connection affects our place in society and business and the challenges and opportunities this connectedness presents.
