Use & application of IBC design criteria on various structures including, but not limited to, hotels, commercial facilities, pre-manufactured buildings, & warehouses. Project design oversight & administration duties including drawings & specification preparation, structural analysis & calculations. Application & understanding of various codes & standards related to structural design (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, PCI, ACI, etc.). Construction administration duties including progress meetings, serial letters, submittal reviews, material testing results analysis, RFIs, CCDs, PMRs, ESIs, etc. Drafting, preparing, assembling & distributing Construction Drawings & Addenda.
