An expert in almost all things Apple, from Macintoshes to iPods and iPhones, I've proven myself behind the Genius Bar, in the field, and in the server room.
While a Mac Genius, my team achieved results in the top tier of stores worldwide by constantly delivering the best possible customer experience across the entire repair workflow.
For the Giddings Lab at UNC, I maintained a 49-node XServe cluster for proteomics research, and pushed the cluster to a new level of reliability and performance.
As a consultant with Net Friends, my duties covered a wide variety of clients: from home users with iPhoto, to a small business where I set up and maintained OS X Server with portable home directories, to UNC-TV and the University of South Carolina, where I helped implement and troubleshoot large-scale XSan installations.

As an ERP Configuration Support Analyst, I leverage my advanced understanding of computer principles and ability to perform and supervise computer based tasks independently. I complete tasks such as open boxes, inventory contents, gather asset data, add software, and individually configure software for the ERP project, as well as perform other duties as assigned. In addition, I set up and test equipment for functionality, carry equipment, load equipment, and assist other specialists or help desk personnel.

I have worked in the capacity of nearly every public-facing position in the Apple Store, including Mac Genius, Specialist, Personal Shopper, Concierge, and Trainer. I most recently worked part-time as a Specialist, answering questions and kissing babies on the sales floor.
