Ian's first master training was English--Culture Study and he obtained his MBA degree during working in the business incubator. He has more than ten years of working experience in media management, PR and Marcomm, innovation management, business startup, business incubator. He is also a tenor and an amateur play actor, he hosted a radio show for the "sleepless souls" in Taiwan when he was still a graduate student.
