Rob is the Founder of The Zeppo Network, Founder/CEO of Empowered Internet Solutions, the inventor of the ZeppOS standard web platform, and the father of Web Empowerment. Rob has spoken at various venues to include a University of Phoenix Brown Bag Seminar on Web Empowerment, a House of Representatives briefing on the future web technology here in Hawaii. Previously, speaking at the Biserica Web Conference in Vienna, Austria as well as a the Keynote speaker on Intranet development at the Adventist International Webmasters Conference, Darmstadt, Germany attended by over 100 representatives from 12 various European countries.

Formerly the Director of Web Innovation for ResortQuest Hawaii. Rob also served two tours in the United States Air Force achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. Participating in real world operations to include Operation ALLIED FORCE and Operation SOUTHERN WATCH, Rob served on an elite team of specialists for the USAFE Server Consolidation and Implementation Plan. For his innovation and dedication to service, Rob received a Commendation and three Achievement Medals in addition to his selection as USAFE's Communication and Information Management professional of the year two years in a row. Rob’s military tenure was highlighted by a commendation from the US Joint Chiefs of Staff for classified web-based tasking software developed.
