My personal positive contribution to people and society is that I volunteer my time to serve others as a consumer advocate by helping consumers resolve their complaints or issues with companies or government agencies. I have assisted consumers in positively and successfully resolving their complaints or issues with such companies as Dell Computers, Wal-Mart, DirecTV, Comcast, Sears, Verizon, Chase Bank, Hewlett Packard, EppiCard, Toshiba, Yum Brands, and countless others. I have also assisted consumers with issues with government agencies such as The United States Army, DFAS, the SSA, The United States Postal Service, The PA Department of Public Welfare, The PA Department of Education, The PA Department of Corrections, as well as various law enforcement agencies and other government agencies across our country. I answer questions consumers might have regarding various consumer issues. I educate consumers concerning current SCAMS and fraudulent activities taking place across the USA to protect them from being taken advantage of financially or having their identity stolen.
I am the creator/founder of The Be Positive Day and Be Positive Campaign...to be referred to as "Positive Day" in 2010. The Be Positive Day was celebrated on Wednesday July 15th in 2009. Positive Day will be celebrated on July 14th in 2010. In partnership with The Positive Companies our goal is to unite with companies, government agencies, organizations, and people from around the world who want to be part of a movement that promotes positive thought and action every day of the year throughout the world.
I host a live consumer advocacy Internet Radio Talk Show for Black Talk Media on the Black Talk Radio Network every Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. EST.
I co host the popular Internet Radio Talk Show, How To Be Positive In A Negative World with my co-host Billie Jo Cornell every Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 11 p.m. EST.
I am available for public speaking engagements.

  HaroldSays is the name I use to assist consumers as a volunteer to resolve their consumer complaints or issues with companies and government agencies as well as to educate consumers concerning scams or fraudulent activities taking place across our country. I also promoted The Be Positive Day celebrated on July 15th of 2009 and now to be referred to as "Positive Day" on July 14th in 2010.
