I have worked in the field of counseling, psychotherapy and substance abuse counseling since 1984. I became a Certified Hypnotherapist in 1994 after training with the American Board of Hypnotherapy. I also got my Master's Degree in Social Work that same year from the fully accreditted school of social work at East Carolina University, Greenville, NC. My Lead Professor was a Master NLP Practitioner. I love to do hypnotherapy and NLP. It is my passion! My goal is to work part-time, doing my private practice, raising my daughter and loving life every moment!
My specialties include stop smoking, weight control, stress reduction, improve relationships... sports performance... self-esteem... improve libido... focus at school... memory... motivation to change any unwanted thought or behavior, phobia relief... anxiety relief... panic attack relief, stop biting nails, past life regression, and more!!!

I provide supervison to the Long Term Care Project of Fortwood Center, Inc., a mental health facility. LTC admits clients/patients from Moccasin Bend State Mental Hospital into contracted group homes and provides clinical services to SPMI (severe persistant mental illness) consumers on a daily basis to ensure their tenure in the community. Our goal is to help our clients function outside of the hospital setting, in the community and to decrease their number of hospitalizations.
