Several classes are available each week and are taught by the industry’s leading professionals and are for the main purpose of helping you to understand exactly what it is you wish to know.
Mr. Hunter also runs and operates Hunter Investments, a tenant placement and leasing service that specializes in tenant/landlord services for self managed investors. Josh began his real estate career in 2004 working with a local investor helping manage and advertise rentals. This evolved into aiding in the startup of a large Franchise Wholesale Company. This further evolved into tenant placement and leasing services where he had to actively advertise, show, screen and sign leases on the vacant property. With much success in this area of real estate, Mr. Hunter started Hunter Investments in 2006 to offer his services to other landlords and investors statewide.
