Implemented changes within campaign in order to insure the following of the strictest FEC guidelines. Accountable for raising finances from individuals & PACs. Attained endorsements & handled VIPs on candidate's behalf. Responsible for implementing & developing entire superior grass roots operation through recruitment & management of countless volunteers in 11 townships within Cook & Lake County. Created & implemented the phone bank. Responsible for GOTV phone calls, schedule, & itinerary. Interviewed & hired media consultants & provided the information, tone & partial writing of radio ads. Crisis manager & initiator of rapid response. Kept campaign within low budget.
*Major contributor in partnership with Congressman resulting in Republican Primary elect.
*Overwhelming 32% victory in field of 11 candidates although under funded & outspent 6 to 1.

Responsible for all day-to day management operations, sales, marketing, and crisis management for a national natural pet food company in the Midwest district. In charge of creating, developing and implementing promotional campaign in district to bring validity to a virtually unknown company. Created and managed demonstration program in district for company. Hired and trained 12 employees to demonstrate and sell said product. Created and implemented employee training seminars for retail stores carrying product. Liaison and troubleshooter between company and distributors. Saved and revitalized numerous accounts and generated higher sales volume for said accounts. Head of operations for trade show booths in district.
