One of my goals is to continually improve upon my expertise in the area of class action litigation in California. I ultimately hope to expand my geographic practice area beyond California on a more regular basis.

I also intend, whenever the opportunity arises, to refine my skills in the area of appellate advocacy. I have filed a number of Petitions for Review with the California Supreme Court and Petitions for Writs of Certiorari with the United States Supreme Court. I hope to argue before one of those Courts while I can still remember where I am and not drool on myself.

I believe that litigation does not have to be acrimonious to be effective. I believe that credibility in court is difficult to earn but shockingly easy to squander.
