This study aims to analyze the possibility of the use of knowledge creation as a way to help service organizations perform better approach to the motivation of its employees, where he has developed to such an exploratory qualitative research, descriptive literature, from which it could find some possible options for use with this glimpse and possible solutions. You can check that the union between knowledge creation and motivation is very important for continuous improvement of the intangible assets of service organizations, such as management competence, and that greatly add value not only the motivation, as also within the organizational environment, and this union provide new studies on the subject.
