I have more than 20 years of leadership and management experience in small and large company settings. During my career, I have held CEO and CFO level positions and worked in most functional areas. Additionally, I was formerly an executive with Ryder System, KPMG, and AutoNation.
Some of my accomplishments include:
- Bought a business, tripled its size, and sold it for 5 times the purchase price within 3 years.
- Managed strategic and business planning processes, and was a member of Ryder Strategy Council leading to over $350M in profit opportunity.
- Grew Ryder Public Transportation Division from $400M to $600M and sold for $1 Billion.
- Managed a strategic initiative at AutoNation where he was responsible for $2B in inventory managed in 275 dealerships; reduced supply from 99 to 60 days.
- Reviewed over 100 acquisitions candidates with closed transactions up to $1B in transaction size.
- Led Equiflor Corporation out of sales stall point and they won the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Cutting Edge Award.
